Is the app free?
Yes. Addex is free for customers to download and use.
How does Addex know what interests me?
You select preferred categories in the app. Those choices are used to match category campaign alerts. You can also browse Featured content and curated discovery collections.
Does every business offer Rewards?
No. Addex Rewards is coming soon and will apply only to participating businesses with an active programme. Each business sets the qualifying activity and the reward it provides.
Will every ad match a category I chose?
Category campaign alerts follow your selected interests. Featured placements can also appear while you browse and do not generate a push alert.
Can I find businesses outside my area?
Addex supports local discovery and wider South African visibility where available. Check each business's location, service area or delivery information before purchasing.
