What does the free local listing include?
It gives your business a profile in Addex's local discovery experience within the defined 50 km area. Paid campaigns and wider listing visibility are separate capabilities.
Is a listing the same as a campaign?
No. A listing is your ongoing business presence. A campaign actively promotes an offer through an available placement. Category campaigns and Featured placements have different audience and alert behaviour.
Does Addex guarantee new customers or sales?
No. Addex creates opportunities for discovery and relevant reach. Results depend on available audience, location, the offering, campaign execution and customer choice.
Who funds a Rewards programme?
The participating business defines and funds its reward. Addex supplies the platform for programme progress and redemption.
Can I use Rewards online or across several branches?
The first release is in-store only and supports one location per business. Online integrations and multiple locations are future capabilities.
Does a customer need to scan my till QR every time?
No. Your till QR is for downloading Addex. An existing customer opens Rewards and shows their own QR for your paired device to scan.
