Addex Rewards will bring participating businesses’ loyalty programmes into one app. Each business sets its own reward. You’ll use one Addex Rewards QR to earn progress and claim rewards.

Once you’ve earned it, show the same QR and the business redeems it.
Each business runs its own programme. Earned rewards are valid for one year. Programme conditions apply, and a reward can’t be combined with another reward or promotion in the same transaction.
Give customers a reason to return.
Create a simple programme based on qualifying spend or purchases. You define and fund the reward. Addex provides the tools to record progress and redemptions. It starts in-store, with a phone or tablet you pair for scanning.

How will I start earning Rewards?
Open Rewards and show your customer QR at a participating business. The business scans it and records your qualifying purchase. Your first qualifying transaction starts your progress with that business.
Do I need a different QR for each business?
No. You use the same customer Rewards QR at participating businesses. Your progress and rewards stay separate for each business.
Can I spend one business's reward at another?
No. Each reward belongs to the programme of the business that issued it. Addex Rewards is not a shared cash or points balance.
How do I claim an earned reward?
Show your usual customer Rewards QR at the business that issued the reward. The business scans it and confirms redemption. A reward is valid for one year from the date you earn it.
Can I combine a reward with another promotion?
No. An Addex reward cannot be combined with another reward or promotion in the same transaction. Check the programme's qualifying conditions.
What happens if a programme ends?
Rewards you have already earned remain valid until their original expiry. Incomplete progress is removed from your active wallet when the programme ends.
